My other culinary adventure last weekend was The Pioneer Woman’s Apple Dumplings.
The recipe is so easy–I made those on Sunday at 9:30 am, before I’d even had tea–and despite the oddness of some ingredients (Mountain Dew?) they are delicious.
The pan is huge, so I’ve been eating them all week. They’re very rich and delicious, and everyone that tried them (read: unsuspecting coworkers who were forced to try them so I couldn’t eat the whole pan myself) seemed to agree. This recipe’s definitely a keeper!
