Sawtooth Skirt….Mini?

I’ve been knitting away on my Sawtooth skirt by Kira K. for the Sawtooth Skirt class.

I love the colors in the yarn I chose:

But it’s getting that black hole of knitting. You know the one, where you knit and you knit and you knit and somehow, it doesn’t seem get any longer.

That’s about the time I find myself thinking, maybe it could be a miniskirt…

I also started on the lace edging.

It’s a nice break from all the stockinette. But why, oh why, won’t the skirt grow?

    oh I’m working on a skirt right now and there are 780 sts in each round and it needs to be 22 or inches long and I’m somewhere around 17 inches. I want to shoot myself its taking so long. I keep going though because I know how good it will feel when its complete and I can wear it.
