So, one of my ongoing attempts is to finish a pair of socks for every Sabbat in a year. I didn’t make it this year, but I thought I’d whip up a pair of Samhain anyway.

Well…I didn’t quite make it.

The pattern is Queen of Cups, and the yarn is Malabrigo Sock. I love it, the way it all works together. I’m still working on the socks; I feel that the coming year is going to be a very cup-y type year for me, so good to have them!

It’s a little hard to capture the pattern detail, the yarn is such a lovely dark purple.

I’m already thinking about Yule though. The new witches year? I’m totally making socks.
